FORA & CO. connects customers with independent businesses ("Merchants") offering products and services. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Merchants are responsible for their listings, fulfillment, warranties, and customer support.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Marketplace Listings & Orders

Product availability, pricing, delivery/pickup options, and fulfillment timelines are determined by each Merchant. Order details shown in the Platform are provided for convenience and may be updated as Merchants process fulfillment.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with operation, or using the Platform to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

4. Payments

Payment methods and processing availability may vary by Merchant and by checkout flow. Where applicable, payments may be processed by third-party providers subject to their terms.

5. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
